Where we draw the line
Most wellbeing vendors sell certainty. We think the honest version is more useful — and more durable. So here, plainly, is what our measurement is, what it isn't, and the claims we refuse to make.
Signals, not guesswork.
Our programmes are built on measurement. We track physiological and psychological indicators over time, so you and your people can see what's actually changing.
NVI-SCW index
A composite marker of autonomic balance, resilience, recovery and stress load, derived from heart-rate variability.
HRV & the Three R's
A structured heart-rate-variability protocol that observes how the nervous system meets stress and recovers afterwards.
Morning readiness
An optional at-home daily check-in that tracks recovery and readiness between sessions.
Engagement Pulse
A short, non-clinical survey that surfaces how teams are really doing — de-identified and aggregated, never individual surveillance.
Six lines we won't cross
Each of these is a decision we've made and hold ourselves to — the same standard our coaches are trained on.
We won't hand you a diagnosis.
Our measures are signals, read with you through a clinician-gated process — never a verdict passed on a person.
We won't borrow authority we haven't earned.
If a claim isn't grounded in evidence about people, we don't make it — however impressive the source sounds.
We won't sell one study as settled fact.
Where the science is suggestive rather than proven, we say so, and we keep the caveat in plain sight.
We won't turn a metaphor into a mechanism.
Our images help you feel an idea; when we make a claim, we name the thing we actually measure.
We won't put individuals under the employer's eye.
Team insights are de-identified and aggregated above a minimum group size — measurement, never surveillance.
We won't send your identifiable data where it doesn't belong.
Reporting and analytics only ever see a de-identified token, never your name. Where a service must process your words — transcription of a clinical session, for instance — it happens under contract, in the narrowest scope we can give it, and is never used to train anyone's model.
These aren't fine print. They're the product: a clinical-grade posture you can hold us to.
Let's talk.
Tell us about your team and what you're trying to change. We'll show you what measurable wellbeing could look like.
