SCANDINAVIANCOLLECTIVE WELLNESS
Our approach

Measure, coach, re-measure.

Growth you can't see is growth you can't trust. Our method turns wellbeing into signals you can follow — and shows the change at the end.

How it works

From diagnosis to measurable change.

  1. 1

    Diagnostic intake

We start by understanding your people and your goals — confidentially.

  2. 2

    Baseline

HRV and psychometric measures establish where things stand today.

  3. 3

    Coaching programme

A tailored programme of coaching, practice and, where relevant, therapy.

  4. 4

    Outcomes & ROI

We re-measure and report on change — in wellbeing and in business terms.

What we measure

Signals, not guesswork.

Our programmes are built on measurement. We track physiological and psychological indicators over time, so you and your people can see what's actually changing.

NVI-SCW index

A composite marker of autonomic balance, resilience, recovery and stress load, derived from heart-rate variability.

HRV & the Three R's

A structured heart-rate-variability protocol that observes how the nervous system meets stress and recovers afterwards.

Morning readiness

An optional at-home daily check-in that tracks recovery and readiness between sessions.

Engagement Pulse

A short, non-clinical survey that surfaces how teams are really doing — de-identified and aggregated, never individual surveillance.
