SCANDINAVIANCOLLECTIVE WELLNESS
About us

Clinicians who measure what matters.

Scandinavian Collective Wellness was founded on a simple conviction: wellbeing at work should be measured, not assumed.

We began in Cartagena de Indias, where a physiotherapist and a psychiatrist — Mark and Beatriz Fajardo-Hansen — kept meeting the same problem. Organisations cared about their people but had no honest way to see how stress, recovery and engagement were trending until it was too late.

So we built one. SCW pairs the human craft of executive coaching with clinical-grade measurement — heart-rate variability, validated psychometrics, and a physiological index we developed in-house — to make change visible while there is still time to act on it.

Honesty is the method.

We only claim what we can show. Measures that aren't ready say so; individual data stays with the individual; employers see de-identified aggregates, never surveillance. That discipline is what earns the trust our work depends on.

Mark Fajardo-Hansen

Mark Fajardo-Hansen

Physiotherapist & executive coach

Mark is a physiotherapist and executive coach who has spent his career where the body meets leadership. He designs SCW's coaching and measurement so leaders can see their own physiology change — not just talk about it.

Beatriz Fajardo-Hansen

Beatriz Fajardo-Hansen

Psychiatrist & clinical lead

Beatriz is a psychiatrist and SCW's clinical lead, responsible for the safety and rigour behind every assessment we run. She makes sure the platform measures what it claims to, and never oversteps what the evidence supports.

Mission

To make sustainable, human growth measurable — and within reach for every team we work with.

Vision

A working world where wellbeing and performance are built on evidence, not guesswork.
